Opening its doors in 2022, Bar Schiacciate quickly became the talk of the city. They’ve mastered the art of schiacciata—those golden, crispy flatbreads filled with everything from stracchino and prosciutto to fresh burrata and juicy beef tomatoes. Each bite is a one-way ticket to Florence, minus the airfare.

WHAT YOU GET

Your voucher includes your choice of schiacciata (whole menu except for Speciale). Choose from favorites like: 

• Mortadellan: Mortadella, stracciatella, pistachio nuts, beef tomatoes, fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamico.
• Spicy Coppa: Coppa di parma, hot peperoncino cream, mozzarella, roasted peppers, ruccola and white balsamico. 
• Porchetta: Layers of porchetta, creamy mozzarella, mayonnaise, romaine lettuce, juicy beef tomatoes and black pepper.  
• Caprese (VEG): Pesto, creamy mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, juicy beef tomatoes and fresh basil.
